Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, business systems analysis, or related technology delivery roles.
- Demonstrate experience delivering cross-functional technology initiatives involving business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
- Have experience managing project plans, budgets, resources, vendors, risks, and dependencies.
- Have experience gathering and validating business requirements when dedicated Business Analyst support is unavailable.
- Bring working knowledge of enterprise applications, systems integrations, APIs, data and analytics, and technology infrastructure.
- Have experience with Agile, Scrum, waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience.
- PMP or a related certification is a plus.
- Ability to support the east coast time zone is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology projects and smaller-scale programs from planning through implementation.
- Develop and maintain objectives, workplans, milestones, budgets, and success measures.
- Coordinate delivery across business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and consulting partners.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and resource constraints, escalating when appropriate.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and maintain accountability across teams without direct authority.
- Create status reports, decision materials, dashboards, and other program documentation.
- Contribute to consistent program management practices and ways of working.
