- Have 8+ years of experience in technical program management, focused on large-scale, complex programs.
- Demonstrate a track record of delivering technical programs on time and within budget.
- Bring a strong technical background and deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Have a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- An advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies is a nice-to-have.
- Experience or knowledge in financial services is a nice-to-have.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot to improve productivity is a nice-to-have.
- Experience mentoring or supporting other program managers and leading cross-functional initiatives is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple complex technical programs from inception through delivery, defining scope, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Partner with engineering, product management, marketing, legal, compliance, security, risk, and operations to define goals, deliverables, and execution plans.
- Develop program plans, schedules, and roadmaps that align technical work with business objectives and priorities.
- Improve program management processes and practices to support operational excellence and predictable execution.
- Own and improve information-flow pipelines, using automation to reduce friction and manual work.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies, and drive timely resolution of issues and roadblocks.
- Communicate program status, progress, decisions, and challenges to stakeholders through updates and reporting.
- Build relationships across teams and mentor junior program managers.
