Requirements
- Bring extensive experience as a Senior Program Manager leading large, complex, cross-functional programs and initiatives.
- Have healthcare experience.
- Have strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and tracking.
- Have experience with project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and executive-level reporting.
- Be able to engage senior leadership and key stakeholders with clear communication.
- Member experience is strongly preferred.
- Medicaid experience is strongly preferred.
- ServiceNow Project Management experience is preferred.
- Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Java and React applications, AWS Lambda, and Figma is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead large, complex, cross-functional programs and strategic enterprise initiatives.
- Manage multiple workstreams while tracking timelines, budgets, risks, and overall program health.
- Drive project planning, risk management, and issue resolution across programs.
- Own program budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and tracking.
- Engage senior leadership and key stakeholders with clear communication.
- Deliver executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes.
