Job Details

Bring a comprehensive understanding of Creative, Web, and Digital services and how to combine them into brand strategies and multi-channel initiatives.
Understand how brand strategy, creative asset production, website UX/UI, and digital media channels—including Google Ads, SEO, and Paid Social—affect one another.
Demonstrate experience interpreting and communicating multi-channel marketing performance data to derive strategic insights for clients.
Apply analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills to diagnose marketing challenges and develop integrated solutions.
Present complex creative and data-driven ideas clearly in executive-level discussions.
Execute independently with minimal supervision in an agency environment with changing priorities.
Show curiosity about AI technology and use, or be eager to use, AI tools to automate routine tasks.

Manage a portfolio of clients, including key or complex accounts, and guide Account Managers.
Uncover client challenges, goals, and market opportunities through strategic listening.
Analyze website, creative, and digital media performance to develop strategic insights and advise on budget allocation.
Serve as the primary liaison for client communications and integrate feedback into creative, web, and digital work.
Grow and renew client relationships through integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Develop strategies to address systemic business challenges and drive client growth and retention.
Coordinate creative, web development, and digital media teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
Interpret and communicate monthly digital marketing performance reports and work with specialists on tactical adjustments.
