Requirements
- Have 5 or more years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or Scrum Master.
- Have experience delivering business-facing technical projects in international enterprise environments.
- Demonstrate expertise in Waterfall, Agile (Scrum, Kanban), and Hybrid iterative delivery models.
- Have experience in project planning, financial management, resource management, risk management, production change, and release management.
- Have a strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and technology delivery processes.
- Bring leadership, facilitation, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to lead complex discussions independently, provide recommendations, and drive decisions and actions.
- Have experience with Jira, Microsoft Project or Project Server, Confluence, ServiceNow, or equivalent tools.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Have experience working with global, multicultural, and distributed teams.
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered instead.
Responsibilities
- Lead business-facing and technology projects from initiation through delivery, transition, and closure.
- Define and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and status reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, engineering, infrastructure, security, quality assurance, operations, and external partners.
- Apply Waterfall, Agile (Scrum, Kanban), or Hybrid delivery approaches to initiatives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, resource hours, fixed bid costs, accruals, and financial variances within Microsoft Project Server.
- Coordinate production releases and change processes in ServiceNow, including day-of-release coordination.
- Support testing, approvals, cutover planning, go-live coordination, hypercare, and operational handovers.
- Communicate project status, risks, decisions, financial impacts, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leaders.
