Requirements
- Have 3+ years of hands-on project management experience in consulting or professional services.
- Have proven experience managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
- Have experience managing multiple external, client-facing projects simultaneously.
- Bring experience with NetSuite implementations; experience with SAP or other major ERP platforms is also considered.
- Understand ERP implementation methodologies, including requirements gathering, planning, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and go-live.
- Have strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Have experience managing project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Demonstrate stakeholder and relationship management skills across technical and business teams.
- Have strong organizational and problem-solving skills for managing competing priorities.
- NetSuite implementations, ERP certifications, complex integrations or data migrations, and C-level stakeholder experience are desirable.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies is desirable.
- Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools is desirable.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT for project delivery workflows is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage ERP implementation projects from discovery and planning through go-live and post-implementation activities.
- Oversee multiple client-facing projects to keep them on track, within scope and budget, and on schedule.
- Coordinate internal project teams, technical resources, consultants, and external client stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations, project scope, resource alignment, timelines, risks, and competing priorities.
- Lead client and internal meetings, status updates, discovery sessions, and implementation workshops.
- Translate client business requirements into project plans, deliverables, milestones, and workstreams.
- Monitor project health, identify risks and blockers, and drive resolution or escalation.
- Coordinate ERP configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support clients through change management and identify improvements to project delivery processes.
