Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or compliance.
- Have excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Be comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets and learning new CRM software.
- Provide a reliable laptop or computer, a headset for calls, and a stable internet connection.
- Be currently living in LATAM.
- Software licensing or anti-piracy experience is a bonus.
- B2B experience in Latin America is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Handle communications about software licensing and compliance cases via email, phone, and video.
- Review case details and analyze each situation.
- Keep CRM records organized and up to date.
- Manage leads and use negotiation skills to resolve compliance issues.
- Document processes and create reports.
