Requirements
- Have very good written and spoken Polish (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2).
- Have experience managing a team of at least 3–5 people.
- Have experience with Google Workspace, Azure, O365, Make, Jira, 1Password, and Slack.
- Have experience working in an IT environment; Agile experience is a plus.
- Have experience working with ITSM or a similar framework.
- Have experience using at least one of Jira SM, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or ServiceNow.
- Have experience managing hardware asset registers for laptops, accessories, and similar equipment.
- Have experience working in a fast-changing company, such as a software development organization.
- Hold an ITIL Foundation Certificate.
- Have experience managing macOS and Windows endpoints.
- Be able to motivate and develop a team, and be proactive and a good team player.
Responsibilities
- Own and serve as the subject matter expert for Google Workspace, Azure, O365, Make, Jira, 1Password, and Slack.
- Conduct regular meetings with team members, assign tasks, and consult on progress.
- Monitor team happiness and atmosphere, gather and act on feedback, and support team members’ development.
- Plan the development budget and carry out HR processes, including vacation monitoring, onboarding and offboarding, performance reviews, and appraisal and salary review processes.
- Keep the team informed about company strategy, processes, and news.
- Manage the Service Desk Team’s day-to-day operations and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met for internal stakeholders.
- Co-create and monitor Service Desk Team policies and procedures, and handle stakeholder queries and escalations.
- Manage and communicate departmental and organizational change.
- Monitor hardware stock and manage orders and end-of-life processes.
- Allocate resources and schedules to meet service demands, manage changing priorities, and coordinate cross-departmental responsibilities.
