Requirements

  • Have proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Team Coach, or in a similar role within a product development environment.
  • Have strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and product-based ways of working.
  • Have experience supporting one or more Product Teams.
  • Bring strong facilitation and coaching skills, working effectively with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Have experience using Jira and delivery/team metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Understand backlog management, refinement, prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery flow.
  • Be able to facilitate resolution of impediments, dependencies, and delivery risks.
  • Use a data-driven and pragmatic approach to continuous improvement and team effectiveness.
  • Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge constructively and build alignment.
  • Have a coaching mindset focused on enabling teams to become increasingly self-organizing and effective.
  • Have experience turning retrospective insights into concrete and measurable improvements.
  • Be able to work effectively in a complex, cross-functional, and distributed environment.
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily coordination, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach Product Teams and stakeholders in Agile principles, Scrum practices, and product ways of working.
  • Support Product Owners with backlog readiness, quality, transparency, and prioritization.
  • Use Jira and delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate the identification, escalation, and resolution of impediments and delivery risks.
  • Drive continuous improvement and follow through on retrospective actions.
  • Promote transparency around delivery progress, commitments, risks, and dependencies.
  • Foster collaboration between Product Teams and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Support improvements to planning discipline, backlog management, delivery flow, and team effectiveness.
  • Help teams develop sustainable ways of working, autonomy, and self-organization.
