Requirements
- Have at least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Team Coach or Agile Coach.
- Hold the required PSM I certification.
- Have very good knowledge of Scrum, Agile and product environments.
- Have experience facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.
- Have experience coaching teams, Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Know Jira and have experience working with Agile metrics.
- Be able to analyze and improve team effectiveness using KPIs and flow metrics.
- Have experience managing impediments, risks and dependencies.
- Have experience working with multiple teams simultaneously.
- Have very good communication, facilitation and coaching skills.
- Have very good English.
Responsibilities
- Lead Scrum Mastering and team coaching for the Segmentation Apollo and Segmentation SkyLab product teams.
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Retrospective.
- Coach teams, Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile and product-centric ways of working.
- Support Product Owners in maintaining backlog quality and readiness for at least two sprints ahead.
- Monitor and improve Sprint Predictability, Lead Time, Cycle Time, Deployment Frequency and Backlog Health.
- Identify and remove impediments, risks and dependencies between teams.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and increase Agile team maturity.
- Use Jira, data and metrics to improve product delivery processes.
- Support collaboration between product teams and business stakeholders.
- Use AI tools to improve team and process efficiency.
