Requirements

- At least 4 years of professional experience in client-facing or agency-based public relations and communications.
- Ability to establish strong client relationships and serve as a trusted communications partner.
- Ability to generate media results through strategic outreach, storytelling, and creative campaign development.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills for engaging clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to produce clear, compelling, polished communications; writing samples will be requested.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to identify distinctive angles, develop engaging narratives, and bring fresh ideas to communications programs.
- Experience supervising junior team members or readiness to take on mentorship and team leadership responsibilities.
- Self-starter mentality, strong ownership, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic account programs and communications initiatives, including product launches, company announcements, speaking opportunities, awards, and other high-visibility campaigns.
- Develop targeted media plans and campaigns aligned with client objectives and audiences.
- Drive media results through proactive outreach, relationship building, creative story development, and knowledge of the media landscape.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships as a strategic communications partner.
- Support internal account team management by coordinating priorities, maintaining quality standards, and keeping programs moving.
- Mentor and support junior team members through guidance, feedback, and professional development.
- Produce written communications and contribute to client-facing materials, presentations, reporting, and strategic planning.
- Deliver client presentations and communicate recommendations, results, and strategic plans to stakeholders.
