Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of experience scaling FP&A efforts, owning budgets, and managing key stakeholder relationships.
- Have a track record of building financial and operating models for a growth-stage business.
- Have experience shaping and implementing financial strategies for public and/or private companies.
- Have experience building materials and providing detailed reports and metrics to leaders.
- Bring experience in revenue forecasting and work supporting LTV/CAC analysis with a Marketing team.
- Be able to present complex concepts, recommendations, and analyses to business leaders clearly and concisely.
- Bring a data-centric approach and the ability to analyze business details to make sound judgments.
Responsibilities
- Support company-wide budgeting and forecasting with stakeholders across the organization.
- Maintain a forward-looking financial model to predict performance and support long-term growth.
- Track financial and operational performance metrics.
- Provide reporting and data-driven insights to the team, board, and investors monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Partner with marketing leads on buyer acquisition initiatives and customer acquisition cost tracking.
- Support supply-side and international growth teams as a strategic finance partner.
