Requirements
- Solid experience with native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin), including development, quality, platform, or reliability engineering.
- Knowledge of mobile automation frameworks such as XCTest/XCUITest, Espresso, or Appium.
- Familiarity with mobile app instrumentation and observability, including crashes, traces, logs, and performance metrics.
- Practical experience building LLM agents or automation workflows for the software development lifecycle.
- Advanced use of GitHub Copilot and Claude Code, or equivalent tools, in engineering workflows, including agentic mode.
- Knowledge of agentic frameworks such as BMAD, Spec-Kit, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Ability to integrate AI into CI/CD pipelines for test automation, triage, and validation.
- Experience with SRE practices including SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, on-call, and post-mortems.
- Knowledge of observability tools such as Datadog, Firebase Crashlytics, Grafana, or Sentry.
- Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Fastlane.
- Able to work autonomously in a remote and distributed environment.
- Banking environment experience is a plus.
- Fine-tuning or prompt engineering experience applied to QA and maintenance use cases is a plus.
- Open-source contributions related to mobile or AI automation are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic SDLC workflows focused on post-release automated regression, maintenance, and production validation.
- Develop and maintain AI agents to automate functional, regression, and performance testing for iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) apps.
- Lead native mobile app observability and reliability, including proactive monitoring, alerts, and AI-supported incident response.
- Create agentic workflows to accelerate bug triage, root cause analysis, and production fix validation.
- Define and evolve the native mobile automated testing strategy, integrating AI tools into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Use GitHub Copilot and Claude Code for agentic test generation, review, and validation.
- Collaborate with development and product squads to ensure production quality and efficient ongoing support.
- Ensure automation workflows meet security and compliance requirements.
- Document and share practices for AI-augmented reliability engineering within the organization.
