Requirements
- Have previous experience transacting cryptocurrency.
- Have a strong understanding of various blockchains and how to read block explorers.
- Be familiar with centralized exchanges.
- Be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Be able to work a variable schedule that overlaps with North America hours.
- Experience with DeFi protocols is highly preferred.
- Python experience or experience with scripting languages such as Excel or VBA is preferred.
- Have knowledge of traditional finance or crypto trading.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate cryptocurrency transactions between exchanges.
- Manage cryptoasset treasury and inventory.
- Monitor pending settlements and liaise with counterparties and exchanges to reduce settlement risk.
- Coordinate comprehensive reconciliation activities with back-office teams.
- Collaborate with the trading team and respond promptly and accurately to internal and external requests.
- Troubleshoot operational issues.
- Use Excel, VBA, or other programming skills to automate operational processes and analyze large data sets.
- Provide additional administrative support to the team as needed.
