Requirements
- Bring hands-on experience with LLM APIs, agentic tooling, and workflow automation platforms.
- Have strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript to build custom API integrations.
- Provide concrete examples of AI automations built, metric tracking, and failure handling.
- Demonstrate the ability to investigate, diagnose, and resolve faults across integrations and AI outputs.
- Understand security boundaries, access controls, and data privacy requirements for AI agents with system, browser, or file-level permissions.
- Use measurable performance to evaluate emerging software and determine which workflows should be standardized.
- Be motivated to teach others and communicate clearly and patiently with both non-technical colleagues and experienced software engineers.
Responsibilities
- Coach and train employees across departments to build, test, and maintain AI skills and workflows through onboarding, workshops, hackathons, and drop-in support.
- Curate and document high-performing workflows and prompt patterns in a centralized library, and author custom solutions to fill operational gaps.
- Build and maintain API-based integrations, system connectors, and custom scripts using Python or JavaScript.
- Provide technical support for AI tooling, investigate connector failures and unexpected model outputs, and apply root-cause fixes to training and documentation.
- Partner with IT, InfoSec, and Compliance to manage access permissions, maintain a tool inventory, evaluate third-party software, and run secure software trials.
