Job Details

Bring 5+ years of experience building web products end to end, with ownership across frontend and backend.
Have production experience with Python, React, and TypeScript.
Have experience designing complex workflows that interact with multiple external systems.
Have hands-on experience building and maintaining integrations with external APIs.
Have practical experience with RBAC, multi-tenancy, SSO/OIDC, audit logging, and application security.
Have production experience with systems integrating LLM APIs or other AI-powered capabilities.
Understand relational data modeling, including schemas for tenancy, permissions, and data isolation.
Have architectural-level AWS experience, including Infrastructure as Code; Terraform experience is preferred.
Understand distributed systems, service integration, authentication, reliability, and failure-handling patterns.
Balance technical depth with product thinking and understand the practical value of platform capabilities for internal users.
Work autonomously in a remote-first environment and collaborate across engineering and specialist teams.
Contribute to architectural discussions, technical decisions, and cross-functional initiatives.

Develop user-facing platform experiences for analytics, releases, live operations, player support, and daily workflows.
Design, build, and maintain APIs and microservices for the internal platform.
Build integrations for external systems with authentication, rate limiting, caching, failure handling, and platform-specific abstractions.
Build scheduled and event-driven integration workflows with stateful operations, retries, and partial-result handling.
Implement and maintain RBAC, multi-tenant data isolation, SSO, OIDC, audit logging, and administration tools.
Design and develop an MCP layer using multiple focused servers for controlled access to platform capabilities.
Collaborate with AI Automation teams to support agent-driven workflows securely and reliably.
Implement logging, metrics, monitoring, and product analytics across backend services and frontend experiences.
Contribute to platform architecture, technical standards, integrations, security, scalability, and reliability.
Own technical problems end to end, from design through implementation and deployment to ongoing improvement.
