Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, professional services, software implementation, or a related field.
- Have experience supporting customer-facing projects and working with cross-functional teams.
- Have experience preparing project plans, status updates, meeting notes, and other project documentation.
- Be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Have a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Geography/GIS, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience working with Esri's GIS technology.
- Preferred: experience supporting software implementation, configuration, integrations, or reporting projects.
- Preferred: knowledge of utilities, local government, asset management, or related industries.
- Preferred: familiarity with project management tools and implementation methodologies.
- Be able to travel occasionally as needed.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and transition to support.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reports.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for project communications and stakeholder updates.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, project meetings, and customer workshops.
- Coordinate delivery-team activities across configuration, integrations, testing, reporting, and deployment.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items and help drive resolution.
- Support change request management, project documentation, and delivery governance processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices and implementation methodologies.
