Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Six years of related work experience with computer systems and applications.
- Two years of direct project management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of technical infrastructure layers, including networking, cybersecurity, virtualization, web, and storage.
- Ability to manage 5–10 concurrent enterprise projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud services preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Microsoft Cloud credentials preferred.
- Additional education may substitute for required experience, and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, subject to the JHU equivalency formula.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans that align customer requirements with IT goals and coordinate resources through all project phases.
- Manage project execution to meet approved scope, budget, and schedule.
- Coordinate internal and external resources and lead cross-functional, decentralized teams.
- Engage stakeholders, project sponsors, technical experts, and subject matter experts to keep projects on track.
- Identify project risks and barriers, develop solutions, and improve operational processes.
- Integrate technical and business requirements across architecture domains, including process, systems, applications, information, data, and security.
- Develop and maintain project proposals, charters, scope documents, schedules, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Prepare project status reports and analyze implementation tasks, trends, and metrics.
