Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Have at least 8 years of electrical industry experience in project/construction management, field services, field sales, and/or marketing.
- Have at least 3 years of people-management experience.
- Have data center experience.
- Possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, or construction is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in electrical industry projects or operations management is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in the data center market is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide national leadership for Data Center Services Project/Construction Managers.
- Communicate the Strategic Accounts Operations vision across Eaton Services and Project Management organizations.
- Build relationships with District Operations Centers, Divisions, and Project Management teams to resolve issues and align external stakeholder support.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and division policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Drive productivity and growth using EBE principles and digital tools.
- Support strategic goals for Strategic Accounts Operations.
- Attract, develop, and retain Project/Construction Managers.
- Lead training and development initiatives to improve team productivity and technical excellence.
