Requirements

- Experience with administrative support tasks such as scheduling and documentation.
- Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate assigned projects by collaborating on project plans, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Identify and apply project management tools such as charters, scope, budget, risk, and communications management.
- Develop and execute work plans, set task priorities, and track progress through internal reports.
- Provide administrative support including meeting logistics, scheduling, and transcribing minutes.
- Perform primary and secondary data collection and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Support regulatory and reporting activities for funding agencies and internal compliance.
- Manage communication with key stakeholders and facilitate small group discussions.
