Requirements
- Have proven experience with at least one cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Have 5+ years of experience leading or managing integration projects, including timeline management.
- Have 5+ years of significant customer-facing experience.
- Be able to present to customer security and compliance teams.
- Have experience with REST, SOAP, and other API protocols.
- Have experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git version control.
- Good understanding of security protocols is a plus.
- Experience with Kubernetes-based applications is a plus.
- A computer science degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Previous Linux system administration experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end integrations for large enterprise customers.
- Lead customer onboarding and technical integration projects from planning through production deployment.
- Design, deploy, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Implement and support Kubernetes, compute, networking, storage, and security configurations across cloud providers.
- Automate deployment, upgrade, and operational workflows.
- Investigate and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive permanent fixes.
- Partner with customers and internal engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, highly available solutions.
- Develop technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational runbooks.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering standards, tooling, and operational excellence.
