Have 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments and people management.
Bring deep expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flow automation, and platform security.
Have experience with Salesforce CPQ and billing systems.
Have experience with RevOps or quote-to-cash processes.
Understand Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices, including Gearset or a similar tool.
Have experience working in high-growth SaaS or technology companies; experience supporting a globally distributed GTM organization is preferred.
Balance people management with hands-on technical work.
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II or Salesforce Administrator certification is a nice-to-have.
Familiarity with NetSuite, quote-to-cash business processes, and Mulesoft is a nice-to-have.
Familiarity with data warehousing, analytics, or AI-driven workflows is a nice-to-have.

Manage and develop a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, including hiring, performance management, career development, and work prioritization.
Own the Salesforce platform roadmap across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and integrated third-party systems.
Guide architecture and code reviews for Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow automation, and platform security.
Own Salesforce DevOps and release management, including Gearset, source control, testing, CI/CD pipelines, deployment governance, and production change management.
Maintain governance over Salesforce data architecture, security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and integration and service-account hygiene.
Own or co-own Salesforce integrations and a set of adjacent RevOps tools, coordinating with other tool owners.
Manage Agentforce, Slackbot, AI skills, and other AI-driven Salesforce offerings, and evaluate AI-driven workflow opportunities.
Partner with GTM stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Set team standards for documentation, testing, and change management, and enforce operating rules for high-risk changes.
Escalate and resolve complex production issues as the team's senior technical point of contact.
