Responsibilities
- Facilitate and lead stakeholder workshops and strategic conversations with client leadership.
- Guide clients through envisioning, planning, and transformation for SharePoint-to-Workspace deployment and migration programs.
- Customize services to client needs and ensure they meet industry standards.
- Lead large-scale enterprise deployments and migrations for global organizations.
- Discover and disposition SharePoint environments using PowerShell scripts.
- Assess project needs, identify potential threats, and assemble necessary implementation assets.
