Requirements
- Experience building and scaling ecommerce and digital businesses.
- B2B experience with enterprise clients, including presenting, pitching, building trust with senior stakeholders, and growing accounts.
- Ability to build systems and execute work hands-on before hiring or delegating.
- People-leadership skills, including setting direction, coaching, and holding a high standard.
- Familiarity with brand persona, brand perception, and visual identity.
- Understanding of conversion funnels, performance data, social algorithms, and how audiences turn into revenue.
- Experience or fluency with social- and video-first content.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, writing, and channel-specific voice adaptation.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, email automation, and social listening tools.
- Ability to use data and storytelling to build and execute growth playbooks.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Creator Community & Growth Manager and aligned social media and content functions.
- Build and operate growth-team systems, priorities, reporting, and documented playbooks.
- Grow Jobstream and Career Creator Network brand visibility across channels and brand moments.
- Lead brand storytelling, maintain brand standards, and run in-person brand activations.
- Hold the client delivery team accountable for campaign owners, timelines, standards, and visibility.
- Ensure creators are activated, prepared, and matched to client campaigns, and connect campaign outcomes to future growth.
- Develop creator acquisition strategies and scout creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Own creator onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention, using performance data to guide support and intervention.
- Run social- and video-first content operations and contribute creator and market feedback to the product roadmap.
