Requirements

  • Bring 7+ years of experience in web, digital marketing, or growth, with direct ownership of a web estate.
  • Show a track record of moving a conversion measure on owned properties, not only shipping site work.
  • Have technical SEO depth and demonstrated engagement with GEO and AI-answer discoverability.
  • Have experience directing engineering delivery without owning the engineering resource.
  • Bring web compliance and tracking governance experience, including consent management.
  • Have analytics fluency sufficient to defend what the web numbers claim.
  • Be able to hold a roadmap across competing stakeholder demands from multiple pillars.
  • Healthcare or other regulated-industry web experience, including accessibility obligations, is preferred.
  • Multi-property or multi-brand estate management is preferred.
  • CMS migration or replatforming experience is preferred.
  • Experience establishing GEO measurement where no baseline existed is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own performance, conversion, and delivery across SilverCloud, business.amwell.com, patients.amwell.com, and LiveHealthOnline.
  • Manage web compliance and governance, including cookie consent and tracking governance.
  • Improve GEO and AI-answer discoverability alongside conventional search performance.
  • Define and sequence website build and development work delivered by Engineering.
  • Coordinate visual work for the web estate with the separate Design team.
  • Own the web roadmap and the case for its returns.
  • Measure conversion performance and improvement in GEO and AI-answer discoverability across the properties.
  • Monitor web property performance, including speed and core experience measures.
  • Track compliance coverage and roadmap delivery against plan.
  • Assess the web estate’s contribution to demand and engagement funnels.
