- Have held significant responsibility for strategy, people, financial performance, and business results.
- Have experience leading leaders, not just individual contributors.
- Have operated a business at meaningful scale, ideally $10M+ in revenue.
- Be able to earn a CEO's trust, ask challenging questions, and help leadership teams move toward action.
- Enjoy developing leaders and facilitating strategic conversations.
- Have a strong professional network and be comfortable creating opportunities through relationships.
- Be ready to make Petra your next professional chapter, not a side gig.
- Be based in the U.S. with convenient access to a major airport.
- Be willing to travel approximately 40% of the time throughout the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Develop trusted relationships, leverage your network, seek introductions, and partner with Petra's Sales and Marketing team to build a portfolio of approximately 10 to 15 member companies.
- Advise CEOs and leadership teams on strategy, growth, execution, organizational challenges, and leadership decisions.
- Coach and develop executives and emerging leaders in communication, accountability, delegation, feedback, conflict, decision making, and performance.
- Lead strategy meetings, planning sessions, leadership development, and ongoing advisory work.
- Partner with a Petra Accountability Coach to drive execution and accountability.
- Travel throughout the U.S. to work face-to-face with member companies.
