Requirements

  • Hold a current and active TS/SCI clearance; Top Secret may be considered case by case, and SCI eligibility is required.
  • Have prior uniformed or civilian military service experience within the DoW and deep understanding of its culture, decision-making, and mission execution.
  • Maintain strong, current DoW relationships and credibility with senior officers and executives.
  • Have prior Business Development or Account Executive experience within the DoW acquisition community.
  • Have knowledge of traditional FAR-based and non-traditional OT/OTA acquisition and procurement processes.
  • Bring business acumen and understanding of Warfighter-related procurement and R&D processes.
  • Have proven experience leading large, complex military programs as a Program Manager or senior executive.
  • Show a track record of driving growth in DoW environments and a high win rate.
  • Be willing to travel to military installations and service headquarters as required.
  • Preferred: Former senior military officer at O-5/O-6 level or senior civilian equivalent; Air Force or Space Force background is strongly preferred.
  • Preferred: Experience leading transformation or enterprise strategy efforts and familiarity with the space and unmanned systems innovation ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Own the DoW portfolio strategy, growth plan, and execution, focusing on Air Force, Space Force, and UxS programs.
  • Serve as the portfolio's business development and account executive lead.
  • Leverage DoW relationships to expand the company's footprint, influence, and revenue.
  • Anticipate client needs and serve as an executive partner to DoW clients.
  • Identify and shape business opportunities through capture strategy, client engagement, and solution framing.
  • Represent the company with military commands, program offices, and partner organizations.
  • Serve as Transition Program Manager for high-visibility DoW programs.
  • Ensure program performance, schedule, budget, and delivery meet expectations.
  • Lead senior program teams and mentor Engagement Leads, Project Managers, and supporting staff.
