Requirements
- Have 7-10+ years of experience.
- Bring experience marketing entertainment content such as film, television, streaming, or live events.
- Demonstrate success executing full-funnel campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes, such as ticket sales or subscriptions.
- Have a strong understanding of direct-to-consumer and subscription-based business models.
- Be able to manage multiple workstreams from strategy through execution.
- Have experience writing creative briefs and leading cross-functional campaign development.
- Bring strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
- A background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a studio, streaming platform, or similar media environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-funnel marketing campaigns across film, television, streaming, and live events from concept through launch and optimization.
- Translate high-level marketing strategies into actionable plans to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Write creative briefs that outline objectives, audiences, messaging, and success metrics.
- Partner with creative teams to develop campaign assets.
- Drive audience growth and engagement across social, email, and distribution platforms.
- Manage campaign timelines, marketing calendars, and cross-functional workflows.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize results.
- Track and report conversion metrics, including ticket sales, subscriptions, and customer acquisition.
- Apply direct-to-consumer and subscription-model expertise to support growth, retention, and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with content, creative, production, and growth teams, and use entertainment trends and audience behavior to inform strategy.
