Requirements
- Have previous customer service experience.
- Be fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
- Have experience using CRMs.
- Have experience using dispatching or service scheduling systems.
- Bring a proactive mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Be able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Have a stable internet connection and a quiet professional workspace.
- Be available full-time from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time, with a 1-hour break.
- Previous experience with appliance repair, home services, or other service-based businesses is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Help customers with scheduling and general service requests, including appliance repair inquiries.
- Manage and update customer information, interactions, and service requests in CRM systems.
- Complete daily customer service and administrative tasks.
