Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant recruitment industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience as a full-lifecycle recruiter; experience recruiting technical and non-technical roles in a small- to mid-sized SaaS environment is preferred.
- Expertise in sourcing methods, candidate assessment, and interview techniques.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex issues and make recommendations.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed recruitment metrics and KPIs.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience identifying and leading or participating in Talent Acquisition process improvement projects.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when working with executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to execute recruiting strategies and proactively source, recruit, and interview candidates for current and future needs.
- Manage full-lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates.
- Liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and HR business partners throughout interviews, offers, and hiring.
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs, priorities, and long-term goals.
- Use incumbent performance and external talent pool data to inform leaders and build candidate pipelines.
- Advise hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices.
- Evaluate complex issues, develop conclusions, and make recommendations.
- Provide individual support and training to the recruiting team as needed.
- Track job approval workflows and support timely progress and clear communication.
