Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Safety, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years experience in compliance, auditing, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Up to 50% travel required
Responsibilities
- Oversee the enterprise audit activities related to partner continued conformity with Waymo's partner standards
- Review audits of partners to assess their adherence to agreements, legal requirements, and ethical guidelines
- Collaborate with partners to address compliance or conformance issues and implement corrective action plans
- Follow up on audit findings to ensure implementation of corrective actions and Waymo SME sign-off
- Provide guidance to partners on conformance with best practices and regulatory changes
- Provide regular updates to leadership about partner remediation performance
