Requirements
- Have strong B2B SaaS product management experience.
- Have owned a product end-to-end and achieved results in adoption or revenue.
- Have shipped LLM features or agents to real users in production.
- Be able to explain how you measured AI quality, where you put guardrails, and what broke.
- Have hands-on experience building agents, using tools, or working with MCP.
- Be able to show something you built in the last year.
- Be fluent in spoken English to run customer calls.
Responsibilities
- Set the AI roadmap for AI Campaigns, Affiliate CRM with agents, MCP, and natural-language interfaces.
- Define AI evaluations, output-quality metrics, guardrails, and confidence signals.
- Determine where human-in-the-loop processes are needed when agents affect money or partner relationships.
- Make architecture decisions with engineering on model choice, retrieval, and tool design.
- Decide where plain logic is more suitable than a model.
- Hold weekly calls with design partners and clients to learn the affiliate and iGaming domain.
- Drive adoption, retention, and revenue impact for each AI feature.
