Requirements
- Have 5+ years of product management experience.
- Have a track record of shipping products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Have experience building AI- or data-heavy products.
- Understand how models behave, where they fail, and what it takes to put them into production; ML expertise is not required.
- Be comfortable working hands-on with engineers, writing specs, running experiments, and iterating on feedback.
- Be able to work at both the strategy level and in the details.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Experience in fintech, HR tech, or other complex operational domains is a plus.
- Hands-on exposure to LLMs, automation, or AI tooling in production is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Set AI product direction across the RemotePass platform.
- Decide where AI can remove friction, where humans should remain in control, and where AI should not be used.
- Shape how customers interact with payroll, compliance, and payments data through AI.
- Investigate user problems across payroll, compliance, and operations and turn them into clear product decisions.
- Balance speed, accuracy, and trust in AI-driven workflows.
- Work with engineering to ship, test, iterate on, and scale AI features.
