Requirements
- Have 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Have experience launching, scaling, and improving products that create value for customers and the business.
- Identify customer problems, define outcomes, and prioritize opportunities.
- Demonstrate stakeholder management and communication skills to work across business and technology teams.
- Use an analytical, data-driven approach to problem solving and decision making.
- Bring a customer-centric mindset and focus on understanding user needs and improving experiences.
- Understand the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and iteration.
- Understanding global payment methods, regulatory requirements, and compliance considerations across different markets is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Evolve the publisher payments experience to ensure payments are accurate, timely, and trusted.
- Define, prioritize, and deliver end-to-end product initiatives that improve publisher payments.
- Identify payment-related pain points and opportunities using data, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Drive global payments capabilities across countries, currencies, payment methods, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead discovery activities to understand publisher needs, validate assumptions, and test whether solutions address customer problems.
- Use data, customer insights, and business context to prioritize opportunities and measure impact.
- Continuously improve payment performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, support, operations, and compliance stakeholders to deliver improvements.
