Salary€40k-€80k per year; Product Management Consultant (L4): Location Cluster 1 (High cost of living countries) €80,000/year; Location Cluster 2 (EU countries, medium cost of living) €50,400/year; Location Cluster 3 (Non-EU, lower cost of living) €40,000/year. Uncapped bonuses (quarterly). We usually pay ~€25,000/quarter in bonuses to team members. Profit participation (yearly).

Requirements
- Professional fluency in German (minimum C1, CEFR), in speech and writing.
- Ability to manage product discovery and delivery across multiple concurrent streams.
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in B2C or B2B products.
- Experience with product strategy and hands-on execution.
- Ability to set and pursue quarterly OKRs.
- Knowledge of Continuous Discovery and Jobs To Be Done (JTBD).
- Experience with A/B testing.
- Ability to develop product narratives that define the problem, audience, market, success measures, and rationale.
- Commercial thinking, including focusing on outcomes such as retention, expansion, or efficiency and measuring value delivered.
- Ability to coach, mentor, delegate to, and support the development of Associate Product Managers.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate with diverse teams and senior client stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage discovery and delivery across three client and internal product streams at once.
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives for B2C and B2B products.
- Set and pursue quarterly OKRs, run Continuous Discovery and Jobs To Be Done work, conduct A/B tests, or unblock stalled initiatives as needed.
- Develop and communicate product narratives that explain the problem, audience, market, success measures, and rationale for each feature or capability.
- Share and shape strategic context with clients’ CPOs, VPs, Directors, and Heads of Product.
- Train, mentor, and delegate to Associate Product Managers.
- Manage 1–6 people, conduct performance reviews, and break complex initiatives into measurable work.
- Contribute to Product People’s internal initiatives and move between client missions every 3–6 months.
