Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, business development, lead generation, or account management preferred.
  • Experience selling professional services, healthcare services, language-access solutions, staffing, or related services is an advantage.
  • Ability to prospect for new business through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other professional outreach channels.
  • Ability to identify and communicate with decision-makers at healthcare facilities, medical practices, law firms, courts, government organizations, and businesses.
  • Experience qualifying leads based on client needs, service requirements, budget, and purchasing authority.
  • Knowledge of sales follow-up, lead nurturing, appointment setting, and pipeline management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain remote medical interpreting and onsite medical, legal, and court interpreting services.
  • Comfort using CRM systems to record prospects, communications, follow-ups, opportunities, and client information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, spreadsheets, and video-conferencing platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Research and build targeted lists of potential B2B clients requiring interpreting services.
  • Identify decision-makers at prospective organizations.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and professional follow-ups.
  • Explain remote and onsite medical, legal, and court interpreting services.
  • Qualify prospects based on service requirements, organization size, service volume, and purchasing needs.
  • Schedule discovery calls or service consultations with qualified prospects.
  • Prepare and send service information, proposals, pricing information, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain the sales pipeline and update lead, contact, and opportunity information in the CRM.
  • Work with operations and interpreting teams to provide prospective clients with accurate service information.
  • Maintain existing account relationships, identify additional service opportunities, and track sales activity and targets.
