Requirements
- Have 2+ years working for an influencer marketing agency.
- Have experience executing influencer campaigns and managing client and influencer relationships.
- Understand omni-channel and digital marketing, with a track record of influencer campaigns for consumer products and/or services companies.
- Have working knowledge of attribution in digital marketing.
- Understand how influencer and affiliate marketing can work together.
- Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Have advanced Excel capabilities, including formatting, formulas, and customizing reports.
- Be able to travel up to 15%.
- CreatorIQ, Grin, or Izea experience is preferred but not required.
- Affiliate network or SaaS platform experience, including Impact, ShareASale, or Commission Junction, is preferred but not required.
- Have a genuine interest in AI tools, including hands-on experience integrating AI into work.
Responsibilities
- Source influencer partnership opportunities, create casting lists, and vet creators for brand alignment, authenticity, and relevance.
- Conduct outreach to approved partners, negotiate when necessary, and support influencer onboarding with process resources.
- Develop influencer communications and creator resources, guide content strategy, and manage content timelines.
- Collect content drafts and lead content reviews, checking for FTC guideline and brand guideline compliance.
- Track campaign content and performance, and share reporting and insights with clients.
- Analyze social analytics and conversion metrics to identify trends and campaign opportunities.
- Provide clients with data-backed recommendations and refine campaign strategies to support KPI goals.
- Manage multiple client campaigns and tasks, prioritize deadlines, and flag risks or potential delays.
- Build client relationships, provide client service, and escalate issues or key risks when appropriate.
