- Experience
- Minimum three years experience in ABA, with supervisory roles preferred.
Requirements
- Hold a master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Have valid BCBA certification.
- Hold applicable licensure to practice within the state hired.
- Have a minimum of three years of experience in ABA.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to establish guidelines, handbooks, and processes for your practice.
- Coordinate with the team on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlines.
- Provide field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians.
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as needed.
- Conduct functional assessments and complete assessment and progress reports.
- Design and deliver behavior intervention plan implementation, training, and related in-service programs.
- Provide client-specific intervention training to staff and parents.
- Ensure treatment methodologies are evidence-based and reflect current research.
- Train and supervise clinical staff by monitoring and providing feedback on direct implementation of ABA interventions.
- Collaborate with families to develop behavior support strategies.
