Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree or higher level of education is preferred.
- 10+ years of account management experience.
- Strong knowledge of contract development, negotiation, execution, and implementation.
- Demonstrated executive management and leadership experience.
- Experience leading project management initiatives and coordinating complex cross-functional activities.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic plans from initial concept through revenue generation.
- Experience managing third-party partnerships and complex external relationships.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
- Experience in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology is preferred.
- Knowledge of U.S. specialty GPOs, LUGPA, and vertically integrated healthcare networks is strongly preferred.
- Salesforce.com knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with strategically important partners across assigned specialty networks.
- Lead business development initiatives that expand market opportunities and strengthen strategic partnerships.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities within assigned networks.
- Develop and execute rolling multi-year strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and sustainable growth.
- Create and manage quarterly and annual sales operating plans designed to exceed corporate goals.
- Coordinate resources and activities across functional areas and external organizations.
- Monitor financial metrics and business performance against established objectives.
- Use network insights and other sources to identify market changes and initiate improvements.
