Experience
1+ years of experience in ABA

Requirements

  • Hold a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Hold a New York Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in ABA.
  • Have a Medicaid ID from New York State.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
  • Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support client success.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
