- Experience
- 3+ years of ABA experience
Requirements
- Hold a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Have Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification; certification is required.
- Hold state licensure if applicable.
- Have 3+ years of ABA experience.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Launch and lead an ABA practice with operational support from Finni.
- Help define clinical standards, policies, and workflows for the team.
- Deliver and oversee ABA therapy and behavior intervention programs.
- Supervise Behavior Technicians in the field and virtually.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and produce progress reports.
- Collaborate with families to develop and implement behavior support strategies.
- Ensure treatment plans reflect evidence-based best practices.
- Train and coach clinical staff in ABA methodology and ethical practice.
