Requirements

  • Be a BCBA.
  • Apply ABA principles to develop and implement individualized behavior plans.
  • Use an assent-based approach to behavior plans and treatment.
  • The role serves children ages 12 and under.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment.
  • Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians.
  • Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
  • Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions.
  • Maintain clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
