Requirements
- Hold a current LPN license in the state of Florida.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in home health care or a related field.
- Have strong clinical skills and sound judgment.
- Be familiar with EMR systems.
- Hold a valid Florida driver's license.
- Have reliable transportation and present auto insurance.
- Hold CPR certification and provide the original card.
- Complete a Level 2 Criminal Background Check.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications, treatments, and other medical care as prescribed by a physician.
- Monitor patient health status and document changes in condition.
- Use clinical judgment to provide effective patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on care techniques and disease management.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families.
- Follow applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards of nursing practice.
