Requirements

  • Have 1-3 years of experience in legal operations, business operations, or program coordination.
  • Have owned a recurring process or project from beginning to end and be able to explain what improved.
  • Have built forms, automations, templates, dashboards, or knowledge systems.
  • Be comfortable with SaaS tools, permissions, integrations, provisioning, and operational workflows.
  • Be able to coordinate external service providers and internal stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Manage timelines, owners, dependencies, and follow-ups.
  • Write clearly and make complex processes easy to understand and follow.
  • Use sound judgment to resolve issues or escalate them when needed.
  • Use AI tools daily, test their outputs, and iterate on them.
  • Document and templatize recurring work.
  • Be detail-oriented and able to protect sensitive information.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and move repetitive Legal work into scalable GC AI workflows.
  • Track owners, spend, renewals, deadlines, and overlapping tools across Legal technology, vendors, and outside counsel.
  • Build reporting on Legal work, request delays, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Own Notion and the company’s internal knowledge-management system, including its structure, permissions, and content currency.
  • Improve company-wide processes involving vendors, procurement, onboarding, shared systems, and cross-functional handoffs.
  • Build forms, templates, automations, and lightweight workflows for recurring work.
  • Project-manage selected cross-functional initiatives.
  • Direct the day-to-day work of the external IT team, setting priorities and tracking follow-through.
  • Coordinate IT projects and partner with Engineering, Security, and People on access, systems, integrations, devices, and employee lifecycle changes.
  • Maintain IT processes, documentation, project plans, and escalation paths.
