Requirements
- Have 4-6 years of experience spanning delivery leadership and business operations.
- Have held a leadership role at a B2B software company or within a smaller group at a larger technology company.
- Have personally run complex enterprise implementations or owned technical accounts.
- Bring recent client-facing experience sufficient to earn teams’ trust in your judgment.
- Create clear, concise operational documentation, staffing plans, and status rhythms.
- Be highly organized and able to add useful structure without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Be direct when addressing team capacity and commitments.
Responsibilities
- Build and run systems that give leadership a weekly view of team assignments, workload, and delivery risk across product and implementations.
- Assess team capacity and present staffing options when a new bank comes in.
- Surface stalled projects, overloaded teams, and unanswered customer concerns before they become emergencies.
- Manage the two technical account managers through regular 1:1s, goal tracking, feedback, and development.
- Coordinate project reassignments, coverage, customer-issue routing, and handoffs.
- Ensure each client concern has an owner, a plan, and a next check-in date.
- Establish and maintain the company’s operational cadence, including lead sync agendas, cycle kickoffs, and follow-up on commitments.
- Collaborate with People Operations on software contracts, offsites, and team meetups.
