Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in attendee data management and event technology.
- Have experience with entry-level meeting planning and coordination involving registration and event technology.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Be proficient with registration website platforms such as Cvent, Splash, Certain, Aventri, or Eventbrite.
- Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Be willing to work outside normal business hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Be willing to travel when required for onsite events; travel may be up to 40%.
- General knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Implement and project-manage event registration websites, app builds, and other technology for assigned events.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support clients using registration and event technology platforms.
- Manage event communications, including save-the-dates, invitations, registration, and confirmations.
- Manage attendee databases, maintain accurate data, generate lists, and provide registration reporting and event analytics.
- Work with the event delivery team on program logistics, production, and implementation.
- Coordinate event materials such as name badges, place cards, departure notices, agendas, and signage.
- Support registration desk flow design and setup, including onsite event support as needed.
- Serve as the lead contact for attendee management and technology vendors before and during events.
- Create and distribute post-event client surveys, maintain event records, and review relevant vendor invoices.
