Requirements
- Have 2+ years of work experience in a customer-facing, consulting, account manager, project manager, business analyst or other service role.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with peers and team members.
- Have problem-solving and reasoning skills for configuration and communication.
- Have strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Show excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or a related discipline, is beneficial.
- Experience driving process change in complicated environments is beneficial.
- Experience working with physicians or in clinical settings is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement custom clinical workflows for customers.
- Build users, schedules and workflow rules within the PerfectServe platform.
- Work with physician offices to understand communication requirements and configure appropriate workflow solutions.
- Provide technical support and make user application adjustments during customer go-lives.
- Monitor synchronized applications and make necessary user and schedule changes.
- Execute testing protocols and configuration quality assurance.
- Train practitioners, practice managers and support staff.
- Conduct regular design and configuration quality audits.
- Provide remote go-live support and occasional onsite support.
- Manage account stages in SFDC and SmartSheet.
