Requirements
- Have 2–4+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, data operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Have experience pulling, structuring, and analyzing larger datasets using BI platforms such as Lightdash, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Be able to independently own operational systems, datasets, trackers, or playbooks from start to finish with limited oversight.
- Be able to turn broad or ambiguous requests into defined actions and follow them through to completion.
- Use data-driven problem solving to identify anomalies, data gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Coordinate with field teams, data or engineering stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Be comfortable with changing priorities, processes, and requirements.
- Bring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
- Experience with CRM systems and data cleanup or hygiene processes is a plus.
- Experience in high-growth healthcare or health technology is preferred; exposure to behavioral health, healthcare operations, sales, or pipeline management is advantageous.
- Travel to client meetings at least once per quarter.
Responsibilities
- Drive action items from partnership leadership meetings, cross-functional discussions, and team requests through to resolution.
- Maintain a centralized tracking system for partnership representatives, keeping requests, owners, priorities, and deadlines visible.
- Organize and update partner-facing materials and maintain the community partnership playbook.
- Pull and analyze data from BI platforms and Google Sheets to answer business questions and generate insights.
- Monitor dashboards, investigate anomalies, and flag data quality issues.
- Maintain CRM data hygiene, including deduplication and correcting account classifications and partner information.
- Coordinate data and product requests with partnership representatives, data teams, and engineering teams.
- Translate ambiguous requests into scoped projects, coordinate stakeholders, and communicate progress and outcomes.
- Identify operational gaps, recommend improvements, and document learnings.
