Requirements

  • Have 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or a closely related field.
  • Bring experience in financial services or a distributed sales organization, ideally.
  • Have experience building performance coaching frameworks for field sales teams, including call scoring rubrics, skill progression models, role-play structures, and deal review processes.
  • Have experience designing and managing content libraries, sales playbooks, communications, and enablement resources for distributed teams.
  • Demonstrate project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines independently.
  • Have experience with CRM technology and sales enablement platforms; Salesforce is preferred.
  • Be familiar with conversation intelligence or performance coaching technologies such as Gong, Chorus, or Salesloft; implementation experience is a plus.
  • Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
  • Be able to work standard business hours Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional early or late hours as needed.
  • Be comfortable working from a professional office or dedicated home-office environment with the technology required for the role.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a centralized content hub with current sales collateral, talk tracks, playbooks, and competitive positioning materials.
  • Develop rollout strategies for enablement resources, track usage, gather feedback, and improve materials.
  • Translate program leadership priorities into practical content, tools, frameworks, and field experiences.
  • Manage field communication cadences, including newsletters and launch communications.
  • Coordinate timelines, training materials, and field communications for program, initiative, and tool launches.
  • Build performance coaching frameworks, including call scoring rubrics, skill progression models, role-play structures, and deal review cadences.
  • Support regional leaders and managers in adopting coaching resources and track coaching engagement.
  • Support evaluation, implementation, training, and adoption strategy for conversation intelligence or performance coaching technology when introduced.
  • Monitor sales technology adoption, identify usage gaps, and develop campaigns to improve engagement.
  • Report on enablement metrics and contribute to measuring impact on win rates, leader ramp time, and conversion metrics.
