Requirements

  • Have 3-5+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales productivity roles.
  • Have hands-on experience building or running an onboarding program at a scaling sales organization.
  • Bring prior selling experience as an Account Executive or Sales Development Representative.
  • Be comfortable creating content from scratch, including battlecards, playbooks, training decks, and certifications.
  • Be familiar with MEDDPICC or a comparable sales methodology.
  • Have working knowledge of Gong, Salesforce, LMS, sequencing tools, and emerging AI capabilities.
  • Be comfortable delivering training and administering sales tools.
  • Be willing to support both AE and SDR enablement.
  • Be willing to travel approximately six weeks per year for work events and onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Build and continuously improve AE and SDR onboarding and ramp programs with milestone-based certifications.
  • Deliver new-hire training across product, pitch, prospecting, discovery, demos, and sales methodology.
  • Track ramp metrics by cohort and identify what is working and what needs improvement.
  • Create and maintain battlecards, talk tracks, objection handling, discovery libraries, messaging, ROI tools, and call libraries.
  • Build playbooks for discovery, multi-threading, competitive selling, and late-stage execution.
  • Identify funnel gaps with Revenue Operations and run targeted training, workshops, role plays, certifications, and async modules.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations on Gong, CRM workflows, LMS, sequencing tools, and AI capabilities.
  • Support frontline managers with coaching enablement and reinforce training in one-on-ones and pipeline reviews.
  • Build readiness programs for product launches and partner with Product to certify sellers before go-live.
  • Partner across Sales, Sales Development, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product, and Operations on sales programs and handoffs.
